Mannheim, 24.01.2008:
New Executive Board member at Südzucker |

At its meeting on 24 January 2008, the Supervisory Board of Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, Mannheim, decided to appoint Dr. Wolfgang Heer (51) as a member of the Executive Board with effect from 1 March 2008. Dr. Heer is set to succeed Dr. Spettmann as Chief Sales Officer. Dr Theo Spettmann (63), Spokesman of the Executive Board, will be retiring at the end of the 2009 General Meeting.
Dr. Heer joined Südzucker in 1987 and his last position was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Freiberger GmbH (chilled/frozen pizza and frozen pasta), Berlin, a company which is a member of the Südzucker Group. |
