Granulated Sugar is a single ingredient foodstuff that consists of colorless, pure, free flowing crystals of sucrose, which have a white appearance.
Three qualitative grades, in different granular sizes are proposed to answer to the high specificities of products such as:
- to bring extreme whiteness and brightness -> EU1
- beverages requiring low colour or high filtrability -> EU2+
- or more simply to bring the sweet taste with the most standard quality -> EU2
