Pearl Sugars

Description

Pearl sugar is a white, characteristically shaped sugar made of granulated, extra white sugar. Sugar is moistened and compressed in the form of sugar bars which will be crushed after drying and a long maturing period. Pearl sugar is available in 7 different calibers.

  1. P1: 1,6 – 2,5 mm
  2. P1/2: 1,6 – 4,0 mm
  3. P2: 2,5 – 4,0 mm
  4. P3: 4,0 – 5,6 mm
  5. P4: 5,6 – 8,0 mm
  6. P4/5: 8,0 – 10 mm
  7. P5: 10 – 16 mm
