As leading producer of plant-based sweetening solutions in Europe, we have focused on application technology for more than 30 years. Our dedicated teams of food technologists, sugar technology and application specialists continuously create and optimise new recipes, applications, and sweetening solutions, particularly for sugar specialities. Our concurrent support of our commercial partners with experienced application teams and close cooperation with our customers accelerate our application work and produce better results faster.
In addition to experienced application and sugar technology teams, we also offer to evaluate the sensorial characteristics of final products and can optimise their properties to achieve the results you desire. For this we can rely on a broad range of state-of-the-art lab-scale industrial equipment, trained panels and dedicated facilities which allow us to process all major applications – food and non-food.
Sugar is a major raw ingredient of almost all foods, such as confectionery, beverages, dairy products, baked goods, jams and ice cream. It also has a wide variety of non-food uses. Each of these applications requires a specific kind of sugar, which is why we offer our customers a wide range of standard sweetening products and specialities:
